Class Description

Join your fellow girlies, mothers, sisters, and aunties for a 6-week women-only dance program! Each week, Paige will guide you through a fun, femme-inspired beginner-friendly choreography in a supportive and judgment-free environment. This is not a particular dance style, but rather an environment that allows women to feel safe(r) in their space. Over the 6 weeks, you’ll build on your movement, confidence, and choreography skills while enjoying a space created by women, for women. No experience required, just come as you are and dance it out with us!
