12 Weeks Beginner Kids Hip Hop

Class Description

Join Alicia for a 12-week Beginner Kids Hip Hop program where dancers ages 6–9 can have fun, build confidence, and discover the foundations of Hip Hop through movement. Hip Hop was born in the Bronx in the 1970s through Black and Latinx communities, growing into a cultural movement rooted in music, creativity, self-expression, and community. Each week, Alicia will guide dancers through a fun warm-up, introduce them to basic Hip Hop movements, and build towards choreography that brings everything together. No experience required, come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
