Nice topic! For me, it was all about consistency over perfection. Some days I walk for 30 minutes, other days I only do a 10‑minute stretch session, but at least I’m doing something every day. And I ditched the “all or nothing” mindset — if I slip up with snacks, I just get back on track the next meal instead of feeling defeated.
