6 Weeks Inter Waacking / Whacking

Class Description

Join Alea / Didi, our co-director for her 6-week Waacking / Whacking program. Waacking is a dance that originates from the gay underground clubs of Los Angeles. Posing, Waacking, dramatics and more, you'll revisit the very basics of this dance and art form and move into more complicated patterns, drills, musicality and expect a push! Dancers should have some basic knowledge of Waacking or will be taking the Beginner class prior to this one back-to-back. This is not a choreography focused class, although there may be choreography integrated occasionally. NOTE: Dec. 10th will have Jo as a final guest teacher.
