SCHEDULE — Sunday, August 16, 2026

• 1:45–2:00 PM — Check-in

• 2:00–3:15 PM — Hip Hop class with Alea

• 3:15–4:00 PM — Matcha social (drinks served post-class) Location: LabO Room 2202 (inside the Ottawa Art Gallery)

Please note:

The KUBO Matcha team will prepare drinks in two rounds to ensure quality and freshness. After class, we encourage some participants to grab their drinks right away, while others take theirs in the second round. This helps avoid long waits and ensures every drink is made perfectly. Thanks for your patience—and stick around to mingle!

POLICIES

• All sales are final (no refunds or credits)

• Max 40 participants / Minimum 10 participants

• If minimum is not met, the event will be cancelled 3 days prior and fully refunded

• This event will be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. By purchasing, you consent to this.
