PRICES: Early bird price until May 16th 2025 - 325$ CAD + hst Regular price until August 8th, 2025 - 375$ CAD + hst ABOUT THE CAMP: Get ready to groove, moov, and bust a move at Ottawa's only Hip Hop (and Breaking Intensive) Summer Camp! This fun and energetic camp is designed for kids ages 7-12, who already has Breaking experience with Moov or another dance company. Over the course of five exciting days, campers will focus on Breaking for the first 3 hours and then finish the day off by diving into the world of hip hop and street dance culture, learning the latest moves, experiencing how to DJ hands-on, creating their own graffiti art, making their own choreographies with other kids, and expressing themselves through dance. DETAILS: Ages: 7-12 Dates: Monday August 11th to 15th, 2025 Time: 9AM to 4PM Languages: English and French Location: Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Avenue) Room 221 & Room 222 *Second Floor* WHAT TO EXPECT: 1) DAILY BREAKING TRAINING 9AM-NOON 2) DJ LESSONS 3) GRAFFITI AND ART LESSONS 4) LUNCH TIME: Please send your camper with 1 lunch, 1-2 pre-filled water bottles and 2 snacks - ALL NUT FREE. A pizza lunch will be provided on the final day. 5) GAMES & ACTIVITIES 6) FINAL SHOWCASE / BATTLE ON FRIDAY AUGUST 15 AT 3PM ------ GROUP A: BREAKING INTENSIVE Between 9am-12pm, BBoy Effect will lead this group through a Breaking training. After lunch, both groups will regroup and continue the remainder of the day through other camp activities. You child can expect: Focused training in agility, freezes, power moves, battle tactics, creating "rounds" and building on foundation movements. Experience in Breaking is required. SCHEDULE SUMMARY: 845am-9am: Drop Off 9am-345pm: Activities, dance classes, lunch and snacks, art lessons etc 345pm-400pm: Pick up EXTRA: *Need to drop off your child earlier? We charge 10$ extra per day .Please email us with this request ahead of time and we will accomadate + invoice you. *1st day: Drop off at Room 221, pick up in lobby *The rest of the week: Drop off in lobby, pick up in lobby *For the safety of your children, they will not be released to anyone except the person(s) designated on the form. If this changes on any day, please inform Arnaldo ahead of time*

Registration & Attendance Policies: No Refunds, No Cancellations, No Credits – All sales are final. Missed classes cannot be credited towards future sessions. Make-Up Class Policy – For 6-week programs only, we offer one (1) make-up class within your session. Contact us to schedule your make-up class. Single classes, workshops, special events, or 4-week programs do not qualify for make-up classes. Late Arrivals – You may arrive late for class but the teacher will not stop the class for any late attendees. Health & Safety Although our staff will prioritize proper body mechanics, by participating, you acknowledge the risks of injury during a dance class and agree not to hold Moov Ottawa Dance, its staff, or facility owners liable for any injuries that may occur. For kids classes, parents will be emailed a waiver that must be signed and given to Moov by/on the first day of the program. Feeling Unwell? Stay Home – If you are sick or injured, we encourage you to prioritize your health and the well-being of others. Attire Sneakers are Mandatory – Proper footwear is required for all classes. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement like "athleisure", or "athletic-like" clothing like sweats, leggings and loose t-shirts. Class Conduct & Environment Respectful Space – We are committed to fostering a judgement-free and welcoming environment. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or disruptions will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the program and will not be refunded. Accessibility - All 3 locations for classes are wheelchair accessible with an elevator and ramps. Filming & Photos – We may take photos or videos during class for promotional use, but we always ask permission before final filming. You may opt out if preferred. You are also welcome to film yourself. For kids programs, we rarely take photos or videos, however this information is in the waiver you must sign. Lost or Stolen Items – Moov Ottawa Dance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Weather & Cancellations Weather-Related Cancellations – In the event of severe weather, we will notify you as soon as possible. Make-up classes may be scheduled at our discretion but will be determined on a case-by-case basis. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms. These will be available for review at the end of your booking process.
