REFUNDS & CANCELlATION policy

We do not offer refunds for any classes or workshops, public or private. We can credit your payment towards a workshop or class within that season. No exceptions - sorry!

Q: If I injury myself before or during a class series or workshop, can I get a refund for the remaining class/workshop?

A: No

Q: If I have Covid-19, am required to self isolate for Covid-19 reasons, or I am ill, can I get a refund?

A: No but if it is a class/workshop, we can do a live zoom option (if we know the day before & within reason to our capacity)

Q: If I have an emergency that I have to attend to prior to class or the workshop, can I get a refund?

A: No

Q: IF I SIGNED UP FOR THE WRONG CLASS/WORKSHOP, CAN I GET A REFUND.

A: No BUT WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOU FOR ANOTHER CLASS
 

Q: Are there any circumstances you offer refunds?

A: No

Full transparency, we are a small business coming out of the pandemic. We are not a studio, but we run a service for the public. So, if we refunded everyone, we would no longer be in business. So, we do not offer any exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please respect small businesses and our policies.
